Billy Dunk - is known as one of the greatest shot makers in Australian golf and acquired a legendary reputation for setting course records - including a 67 at Narrandera - estimated to be more than 80 in pro-ams and professional events. Billy won 5 x Australian PGAs, (2nd only to Kel Nagle with 6) 4 x Queensland Opens, 5 x NSW PGAs and 2 x NZ Opens among 40 regular tour titles. In 1970 led the world's scoring averages from Jack Nicklaus with 70.21 for 110 rounds. In a span of 30 months between 1967–1969, he won 25 tournaments and set 25 course records. Billy represented Australia in three World Cups and also won the Malaysian Open . He was inducted as a life member of the Australasian Tour in 1996.
