Welcome to our course. The Front Nine merges gentle Par 4's with long Par 5's and tricky Par 3's .. A great way to start a memorable 18 holes...
A gentle Par 4 to start your round. The wide fairway welcomes you but beware of Out Of Bounds to the right and the row of peppercorn trees to the left.
Tip - Position your drive on the right of the fairway which takes the large peppercorn tree out of play and opens up the green.
Great hole to start your round!!!
The Par 3 hole is the shortest on the course but only a good shot will guarantee a par.
Tip - Right of the front bunker is the best miss - don't overclub as behind the green is trouble.
The 1st of the Par 5's at 480m, your drive will determine your score here. The landing area slopes to the left and a good drive may end up on a side hill lie. A bunker protects the downhill green but this hole gives you a great chance for birdie.
Tip - Stick to the right hand side of the fairway as fairway runs away to the left all the way to the green
Á tough Par 4 that has a tight funnel of trees to the tee shot landing area, where you can run out of fairway if too long. Up the hill to the elevated green - walk off very satisfied if you make par.
Tip - Maybe a fairway wood for your drive leaving a medium uphill 2nd shot to sloping back to front green
A Par 3 that plays a lot longer if the wind is coming from the west. Tough chipping from either right or from behind the green.
Tip - If you miss the green, miss left or short as trouble is on the right and over the back.
One of the easier Par 4's. Tee from an elevated area to a wide fairway and then a short iron to a generous green.
Tip - Don't get too tempted to open the shoulders as missing the fairway can be costly, especially left. Great views of 6th, 10th & 16th greens
A long Par 3 that has water danger on the right. Big slope to come up if you miss the green long. Green runs right to left
Tip - Short is the place to miss. Will leave you a relatively easy chip to the heart of the green
The last of the Par 5's on the front 9, this plays every bit of its length with the 3rd shot playing uphill to the green. Out of Bounds is a danger to the right.
Tip - Out of Bounds from the tee on the right but a wide fairway all the way to the green - but be aware of the hidden small grass valley that protects the front of the green
Nice hole to finish the front nine with this uphill Par 4. Wide driving area to an elevated green. Plays a little harder than it looks.
Pro Tip - Stay away from the ball eating gums on the right & make sure you take enough club to reach the green, uphill can be deceiving
